Hi,
Sorry I cannot come back to you ASAP, and I hope you got somewhere if not
all the problem been resolved.
Open a Notepad, copy and Paste the following commands into it and Save on
your Desktop as Reg.bat then on the Desktop Double click the Icon for the
Reg.bat file to Execute and then click [Yes].
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 SOFTPUB.DLL
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
regsvr32 Initpki.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll

Reboot your Machine and see if your issue been resolved.

Also you can try this file too.
Bear in mind if you have a static IP address don't try it?.

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset

Copy in a Notepad and save as winsock.bat on your Desktop then execute the
file by double clicking on it then Reboot after the execution finished.
HTH.

Static IP Address, mean the IP assigned by you or by your Internet Service
provider and not to be changed unless you been assigned range of IP
addresses, that opposite the Automatically assigned IP address that can be
renewed each 5 minutes or so by the Internet Service Provider to your Machine.

It is VERY unlikely you have a static IP address or you
would remember it. It costs more money to have a
static IP so you would also be paying for it.
It is NOT true that the IP changes (or can be
changed) every five minutes. Your IP may look static
but each week, or each month, or some other period of
time, it will indeed change. Mine seems to change
monthly. These are NOT static IP addresses even though
they might stay the same for long periods of time.
They are still dynamic IP addresses.
A static IP address never changes. It will almost
always be the same next month, six months from now,
years from now.
So unless you ordered, and agreed to pay for, a
static IP address it is about 99.9% certain you do not
have a static IP address. Your ISP could tell you
quickly whether you have a static or dynamic IP address
so if you are in doubt you should ask them.

If your reader will work on the pages, here is a link
about static and dynamic IP addresses:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Static_IP

Just in case it won't work well there, here are a
couple of paragraphs from the link, after which I will
say goodby, should you wish to stop reading:
Static and dynamic IP addresses
When a computer uses the same IP address every time it
connects to the network, it is known as a Static IP
address. In contrast, in situations when the computer's
IP address changes frequently (such as when a user logs
on to a network through dialup or through shared
residential cable) it is called a Dynamic IP address

Method of assigning
Static IP addresses are manually assigned to a computer
by an administrator, either through the operating
system configuration or through a command (e.g.
ipconfig or ifconfig). This contrasts with dynamic IP
addresses, where an IP address is automatically
assigned to a computer by a remote server which is
acting as a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol server.
Even though IP addresses assigned using DHCP may stay
the same for long periods of time, they are liable to
change depending on the addresses available in the set
scope.

Uses of dynamic addressing
Dynamic IP Addresses assigned, on LANs or most
broadband networks, by Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol (DHCP) servers are used because it reduces the
administrative burden of assigning static addresses
within a network. In most desktop operating systems,
dynamic IP configuration is enabled by default. Dialup
and some broadband networks do not use DHCP, but
instead use the dynamic IP addressing capability of the
Point-to-Point Protocol.

My home IP address is dynamic, but it hasn't changed in the four years I've
been with Knology. But, staying connnected 24/7 probably makes a
difference.
