Allen, small nit-pick. You didn't answer my question.
The updates are *already* downloaded by Win Update. They are
somewhere on my drive. I want to delete the *already* downloaded
files.
My question is where are these files?
I search for by description, KB#, etc. and the files do not seem to be
identified in a logical manner.
Also, is there a log or Registry entry saying I have these files
(ready for install)?
I did try to install via Win Update with NAV Auto-Protect off, failed.
As for Belarc, I use it and the missing NET updates are listed as
missing even though they are *optional* in Win Update.
My thought is, since I have no problems with my system AND the NET
updates are optional, I don't need them. Especially if installing
them is so flaky. MS & Symantec (aka Norton) should get together and
implement a fix so NAV does not interfere with NET installs.
