Hi folks,

I have one user on TS using Office 2003 and she prints files periodically to
the MS Document Image Writer driver that is installed with Office 2003.
I think the way it works is that you select that driver to print to, and it
will pop us a 2nd screen with a preview of the image and you can then print
or save the file. She actually uses it to save the file.
This has stopped working for her since Friday, the 2nd screen never comes
up, when you hit "save" on the "save as" screen, it just goes away and
doesn't save.
Any ideas?

The only thing that changed recently was a couple of Windows updates over
the weekend. I will go see if I can find out what they were and see if any
changed the behavior of the document image writer.

Thanks,
Mike

Does it work if she logs onto the console? And does the problem happen to
other TS users too?

Jiazhi,

No, it doesn't work in either scenario. Yes, it occurs when I log into TS
as well. I think I will try to uninstall/reinstall Office and see if that
fixes it. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Mike
