I did a malware scan on my computer . I deleted all of the results except
one (because I was not aware of it). What is an MRU Object?

Thank you,

I won't tell you a third time what a MRU is, but I will say thay it is not
malware, if your scanner detected it, it is because of privacy concerns and
not an infection. Just you reading this created a MRU no need to worry.

And yes, you can safely delete it if you would like to do so
