Moving a window I can't see

[Rich Pasco]

I had two monitors configured as a side-by-side wide desktop,
but have since removed the second (auxiliary) monitor.

When I last used an older application, it was on the auxiliary
monitor. Now when I start it, it still opens on that monitor.

I want to drag it back to the main monitor, but I can't see
it or click its title bar. Is there a way to move a window
with the keyboard (some combination of arrow keys, maybe)?

How else can I reposiiton it to the main desktop?

Try this:
1. Activate the hidden window via the Task Bar.
2. Press Alt+Space on your keyboard.
3. Tap the M (Move) key on your keyboard.
4. Use cursor keys on your keyboard (up/down/left/right)
do move the window into view.
5. Press Enter when finished.

Best to try this method on a visible window first!

Also try this: Right-click the Taskbar, click "Cascade Windows".

Thank you! This worked perfectly, and I was able to move my application
window back to my main (now only) monitor.

Thank you, also. This worked, and would also have solved my problem
