What do you want to happen? If it goes to the desktop, it
means that it automatically logged onto your user account.
Can you open Internet Explorer?
Look at Services, processes are applications running, such
as Office, Internet Explorer and services are things like
anti-virus, etc that run in the background. Open the
anti-virus to do a scan and it will show as an application.
