Since loading Adobe Reader XI, I can no longer open Skype. I get fatal error messages as follows:
"This application has failed to start because odbcbcp.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." and "Failed to load library 'pdh.dll'".
I have found that I am missing the odbcbcp.dll file in C:WINDOWS|System32
I have found various websites which have free download of this file but am I able to get it from Microsoft directly.
I have tried navigating Microsoft webpage without success. Do I also need to do something about the "Library file"????
Please consider that I am not as computer savvy as most of you are and need simple instructions.
