I am trying to transfer a program from my old PC to a new one. Both with XP
Home. I copied it to a cd and then copied it to my C drive but when I try to
open it I get this message "comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies is not
correctly registered or a file is missing or invalid". This program worked
ok on my old computer. Any help would be appreciated.

start run, type:
regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx

If the file is not found, you also need a copy of that file from the old
system.

File was not found. How do I get a copy from the old computer?

If the old system starts, search for the file, and if not put the old drive
in the new system as a slave drive.
