Microsoft XP Support

I had a problem with XP. My fault, not MS. I called support on New Year's eve
for help. I expected to wait, get put off or you have to call another day.
Instead I got the most professionel support I've ever gotten anywhere.
Problem solved, and back on line in no time at all!

I really appreciate the help.
 
That's good to hear for a change. Most of the "success" stories don't make
it here.
