As a university student it is devastating to have Microsoft Office deleted. I was not able to log into my computer, without first refreshing it. Then when it was all said and done I had lost everything. All my school work. ALL. It's awful. Totally unacceptable. Are any files retrievable? I am a struggling students and can not afford to repurchase Microsoft Office at this time. Can Bill Gates, or the new guy, or anyone else at Microsoft give me back my software? I have already paid once. I feel really ripped off. Do I have to pay again? Can I retrieve anything? Can anybody help? Thanks.
