Countless discussions, countless fixes, incredible life of battle against V9 and still NO OFFICAL FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM.
Is there is an Official MS/Windows fix, MS Support please let us know.
If I use third party software recommended by the Forum, am I protected for costs, time and effort if the 'smoke and mirrors' patch turn out to be a Piper?
If someone creates a proper fix for this inexcusable complicity by MS, will we be paid for R&D and all the free advice, discoveries, identifying of gaps, weaknesses, performance and strength ID'd by the public?
Is there a 'adoption' list regarding MS/Windows official sanctions and employment of community fixes, resolutions,?
Is there a MS/Windows, official instruction, fixer and CLOSURE OF THIE V9 intruder that has plagued the community for the past 3 years? I stopped counting the hours, websites and saumen that offer a fix, yet NO OFFICAL FIX from MS. We understand the principle of gathering free software improvements presented by communities but you would think that MS and all others that poach from the Community Forums would create a Site that Lists all real issues and real fixes over time.
If I have missed finding the MS Official response and fix, please let us know. If I stopped my search efforts of thousands of sites and endless 'fixes' offered by many too early, please provide us with MS Prediction forecast letting us know that for reasons unknown, you need to search 10k sites before you will find an answer to your quest for a resolution. I suggest you provide us minions with a 'Top Ten' list of issues updated daily, status of 'fix' resolution then followed by the Official MS/Windows Resolution and fix.
We also suggest MS/Windows illuminate all the above with a preamble:
'Please do not fear, MS/Windows is monitoring the Forums constantly and when MS thinks the time is right to jump in the frey, capture the fix but we wont let you of the fix. MS thanks all who contribute to the cause not only for the FREE Software ideas but for the spectator enjoyment of watching the progress. Office Pools have become a great source of humor, potential of other sources of compensation by betting on which Forum will win the race to 'the fix'. There are other benefits beyond the humor and wagering, it gives our employees something to do because they don't appear to do anything regarding the 'fix'.'
