MS update cannot install "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0: x86 (KB829019)"

Is this important? and how do I install this.
 
It is important only if one or more of your applications requires it.
You can download the file to your hard drive and then install it.
The download file is named NetFx20SP1_x86.exe (23.6MB)
