Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 : when I try to install I get error code Ox66A

Windows XP : I recently had to change the drive on my computer and when updating the Microsoft updates it refuses to install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1.- Giving me error code 0x66A. Any help would be appreciated.
