MY TILLY

When I scan with Microsoft forefront endpoint protection anti-virus/malware software, I keep getting 1 virus that continues to not remove. It will remove from the "history" tab, but when I go back to the home page tab, & hit "clean my pc", it always gives the error below. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software several times & it continues to do the same thing every time. I have detailed all the info. below. Can someone who is familiar w/this product & or virus/error code info. please help me with this? I am running it on a 2 year old Sony Vaio laptop model #VPCF2390x - with Intel I 7 processor, 8 gig ram. It is in perfect operating condition & clean of any other virus or malware. Running windows 7 professional.

Thanks
