In my Outlook Express, during last day or two, when I click on Send New Message, the message blank opens in a minimized format instead of a maximized format as in past. To obtain a maximized (or full) format, I must right toe click on the lower task bar
and request a maximized format. Each and every time. Apparently, the default needs resetting. How can I fix this?
