Menu to fast

Chris

All Programs opens so fast that I can't get to other programs until it
closes. I want to be able to do a single click to open the All Program menu.
How can I do this?

Try Tweak UI, Mouse tab, Menu Speed setting.

Right-click the Start button, click Properties, Customize button,
Advanced tab, DE-select "Open submenus when I pause on them with my
mouse". That's the top item.
