I sometimes have trouble remembering things but I wouldn't say I try to
clear it.

Seriously, how about telling us why you think you need to do that. Are you
getting error messages? Is something not working right?

Do you mean RAM? That's dynamic memory, which means that it goes blank
when the power is removed. So every time you turn off your machine,
the memory is cleared.
