Media Encoder

NJITGS

Seasons Greetings All!

Some time ago, I dont remember what it was, I downloaded something from MS
that when installed enabled me to convert wmv files to mp3 and it also had a
tool for broadcasting video and music. Recently I have had to restore my
computer and it did not save and I cant find it in my downloads. Can anyone
tell me what it actually was that I downloaded that provided me these tools
as it has been some time and I don't exactly remember what it was or where
on the MS website I downloaded it from, it may have been part of a codec
download but that's only a guess.

Youre post topic is correct,"windows media encoder" 9 series...Locate at
windows media homepage/downloads,get the utilities also...

Would you happen to know what version of the encoder includes that utilities
for broacasting?

Not sure if this will do what you're asking for, but I've found this program to come
in handy for other things:

MediaCoder is a free universal batch media transcoder...
