After installing the 8.1 update today, live TV of the Windows Media Center stops working. So I tried turning off the feature and on again and went thru the tuner card detection and channel signal detection and all went fine until playing Live TV which after a few seconds displays

There is currently no TV signal detected for this channel.
The channel may be temporarily off the air. Try again later.
"
Of course the channel was all green in the channel signal detection phase. In addition, I have not moved the TV antenna at all. I remember having the same problem when going from 8.0 to 8.1 and later after some automatic updates from Microsoft it magically worked. I guess live TV was not tested with the current update.
Please fix.
