OK I have a strange one,

Today I turn on my PC start the Media Center and it firsts starts a program
Viewing image and shows a screen shot, then starts the media center. Then the
software is not downloading my TV guide, just says 0% this must have been
some time as there are no TV listings at all.
I kow my media center has been updated because on my recorded TV shows it
now groups them together which is cool.
Changing the channels on the TV part is slow and it keeps telling me its
crashed, but still keeps working.
Has anything changed in Media Center for Vista recently, and is anyone else
having these issues?
