Im looking for examples and samples of a batch file to simplify collecting scanstate for a single user from XP 32-bit, transferring the data direclly to the local drive of the new Windows 7 64-bit PC, then run loadstate to load the profile of that user on to the new PC.
I just need a menu to prompt for user name old PC and new PC so you don't need to tediously retype or copy and paste the commands, xml paths and file names and switches manually at a command prompt at each PC and deal with a central store to copy the mig files back and forth from manually.
I saw a VB script on the script in the repository, but there are some major issues with it. I tried it and fails to copy the migration files from the old pc to the new PC. Others had posted similar problems getting robocopy to work via psexec and none reported the suggested fixes actually worked for them.
It may be overkill of a script for my case anyway, but it does everything I need and more if it worked.

I can't find any alternative scripts anywhere online (other than a modified version of the same exact script that still will not work for me) http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/174137-need-some-vbscripting-help and there must be others doing this in a different way.
I don't have WDS or SCCM.
