Windows 2003 Making a 2k3 server a DC and backup DHCP/DNS will slow the machine down any?

I've been contemplating moving our 2003 "backup services" off of a 7
year old box and onto another machine, to retire that one..

I was either going to move them to a primarily file server (with some
VSS database usage, 2GB memory) or our "backup" server, by backup in
this instance I am talking about our server which does harddisk
backups each night and also does a duplicate to tape via the scsi port
on this machine. (uses Symantec BackupExec, has 4gb memory). Our
"backup-hdd server" is a dual xeon woodcrest cpu while the other file
server is a PentiumD.

Of the services which I had on the very old box include a "backup" DC
(another DC), with global catalog ability, a DHCP server (the
secondary, 20%) and a DNS secondary server.

Curious if anyone knows if adding these services would impose any sort
of bottle neck on either machine, or one more so than the other. I'm
guessing the impact would be very little, even with the GC on this
machine, as we only have about 50 users and 4 servers.

If these services are provided only at night.

And these services are used primarily during the day, I would say they can
live on the same server just fine.
