It's that time of year when I look to do all my Christmas card addresses on
labels. The last few years it has worked very well. Since then I've obviously
downloaded an upgrade - which doesn't seem to work as well.
I follow the instructions to the letter. Having selected my addresses,
sortted the layout and then clicked on merge, just one address appears on one
label - nothing anywhere else. The selected data is there somewhere - if I
click the arrow on the merge toolbar, a different contact appears. I just
can't get all of the addresses to appear at the same time on the template.
What application are you using to create the labels. ? You do realize that
you have posted to a WinME group, is that the operating system you are using
?

Sorry I can't help further and as you're using the horrible web interface I
don't know if this will work.
Try looking for microsoft.public.word.mailmerge.fields and see if that can
give you any help.
