Mail app is not synchronizing with HOTMAIL account.

Although I have synchronized my mail folders (by selecting them and clicking synchronize button on app bar), I see incorrections in
inbox and also in the bin folders:
1- In inbox folder, the Win8 Mail app shows 8 e-mails, inclusive some I've deleted some days ago. In fact, right now, I only have 1 e-mail in
inbox folder (using Hotmail.com through the IE10 browser).
2- In bin folder, the Win8 Mail app shows 1 e-mail I've deleted permanently many days ago. Currently, I have no e-mail in this folder (using Hotmail.com through
the IE10 browser).
I didn't check the other folders.
I checked that all Win8 apps are updated.
I tried to synchronize the Win8 Mail app many times.
My mail account is from Hotmail.com
