lost video

i uploaded a video a few days ago and viewed it several times but now
when i try to open it its a totally different one how did it change
and is there any way to retrieve the other video to remove it

Check with the site you uploaded to. They might have a contact link on their
site. Give them as much info as possible with the exact name of the file and
location you uploaded to as well as details of how you uploaded. I suppose
that someone else may have uploaded a file to the same location and it had
the exact same name which overwrote the file you uploaded.

Just upload the correct one again and get on with it.

You probably DOWNloaded it from the internet, which is way up in the
heavens, hierarchically-speaking.

If you saved a link to "the video of the day", that link might now point
to a different video. Study the link properties and see if they end
with .html rather than oh, .mpg for example.. If so, that's probably
what happened.
