I moved a folder from my E drive to the recycle bin containing a lot of pictures. The same folder was on my C drive and I thought that was where they were stored. When I opened the Cdrive folder the pics were not there so I when to the recycle bin and restored the folder but no pics came back. Is there anyway to find and restore these pics? An IT person told me the programs you buy online don't work and can have viruses. Any help for me?
