After having run the program Advanced WindowsCare V2 Pro, I lost the Double
Click function on the mouse.
I can´t get it back again, despite going to the Control Panel -> Mouse and
toggled the setting for the wheel to "Enter" and then back to "DoubleClick".
Can anybody please give me a clue what´s going on?
It can´t be the mouse, as I have two computers connected with a KVM switch,
and the mouse works on the other computer.

Try removing the software. Try removing the KVM. Try reinstalling the device
drivers. Try a Safe Mode boot.

I uninstalled the mouse and reinstalled the mouse, and it worked!
It´s so easy to forget how to do things you do once every five year.
Thank you for the reminder.
