loop download apps on marketplace and log in windows live id

I have windows mobile 6.1 and i can't download apps from marketplace on web and on my smartphone because "You have not yet logged on the phone with a Windows Live ID" and on smartphoneon it creates a loop between the download app in marketplace and log in windows live id. Is there a solution? thanks
