Windows 95/98/ME Looking for Windows 95 Chicago Beta

I'm looking for the last Windows 95 beta that said "Chicago" on the startup
screen. If anyone has it, I'd like to buy it.

I'm not sure if it was released on a CD, but I would prefer that over
floppies.
