Hello,

I do have a customer who's using TS2003 (SP2, fully patched) to run an
application from a couple of point of sales (XP Pro SP2). Printing is OK on
ticket printers. The customer would like to add a print/fax device in the
point of sales. I came across the following article that describes how to
get DOT4 device working with TS: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302361.
If someone has connected such multifunction devices remotely to a TS2003,
I'd be happy to know the device details.

Any info or pointer would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Xavier

Hi Xavier,

I sucessfully connected two HP multifunction printers in the past using this
method, but I really cannot remember the exact model. I assume most should
work but keep in mind that you will loose the multifunction features on the
TS.

Best Regards
Marius
