Logo Design

I am adding a new site to the network and I need someone to create logo for the new site.
The site will be Extreme Web Dev and will reside at http://extremewebdev.com. The domain currently points to this site. I am developing the site on the dev server.
The colors of the site will be done in greys, whites and a lighter blue than we use here.

The person that submits the logo that is used will receive a VIP title and in the future access to a VIP lounge.
