Log into my account - It blinks from desktop to home screen and you can't do anything.

I have had this problem for a while. I was using the guest account now I can't access it. When I log into my account the screen blinks and I can not do anything. My apps are missing too. It blinks from desktop to home screen and you can't do anything.
