Hi.... I'm new to this, and I have been having a problem trying to install ANYTHING. due to the problem with the "The call to loadlibrary failed with error 2". This started a few months ago, not sure why, and I tried to do a restore to an earlier date, only problem with that is, I tried to do the latter too late. (it only let me restore back to a certain date). I can't even use the Windows CD that came with my PC. I'm sure the problem is with the NTSD.exe program or possibly the Windows Installer..(?) I've tried different programs like "Systems Mechanics".... and such, plus I have the latest updates of my Virus scanner, so, I don't think its a virus..... Maybe missing files??
