I just purchased this video card two days ago. I am using this video card to play Virtual DJ which is a disc jockey program I have been using for years. Very stable. I upgraded because I want to play music videos and needed the additional speed and this card came highly reccomended.
I am using the TV out feature and the video out is hooked into a powered four way splitter into 2 tv's.

Every so often my screen will refresh like it does when you would reset the resolution. I tried different refresh rates, playing with the controls. Nothing seems to solve the issue. I notice when it refreshes there is a spike in the usage. Again there is no rhyme or reason to when it will flicker (if you call it that.) I tried several drivers and the most recent one out there and it still happens. I am not playing games or anything too technical on this. The program does utilize a hardware accelerator.

After a while the screen would also freeze. Once for ten minutes however the programs would still continue to be able to be utilized. If I guessed where the program would be on the screen I could click and open it or close it with the mouse for the mouse curser continues to move. Just the erst of the screen is frozen in time.

Anyone ever hear of this issue? I have loaded different drivers over and over. I only have four posrt on a riser card for the case is a two unit rackmountable. 1 pcie and 3 pci slots. i have only taken advantage of 1 pci slot and the pcie slot. Thanks for any help that anyone can lend to me. I am pulling my hair out on this one. About to RMA the card but I am suspecting it is not the card.

I'm suspecting heat. Is the card getting adequate cooling ?? That's a pretty hefty demand your placing on it at all times running dual screens and all.
