and...what about acer ferraris?are they really as fasta as those italians?i know they comes with AMD 3000+ processor which isn't the fastest at AMD's lineup, (3700+ is)...so, where does "il cavalino rampante" puts its power???in the ATI 97000 mobility radeon of 128mb...or what?and ...comparing with toshiba notebooks....which of both have more quality...or value..or reliability..or performance?

I remember the Ferrarris coming out a while ago; its primarily a marketing device. I wouldn't use Toshiba as a basis of comparison; for performance I'd compare to say an Alienware Area-51m, or something similar. Anyway, if you're in the market for a laptop, I'd consider IBM's Thinkpad line. I have one (a T40), and the performance works for gaming, while the formfactor and battery life make it incredibly portable.
