I can fix that.
Here's how:
Start > Control Panel > Mouse > Hardware > Enable Touchpad > Apply
Thats for an IBM Computer (windows xp)
Here's for a Toshiba (windows xp)
Start > Control Panel > Mouse > Device Settings > Click On name of
touchpad > Click Enable > Apply
Either one of those should work on your Laptop or Desktop
Try this on any computer.
