Laptop taking longer than usual time to start

Hello everyone. It has been about a month, my laptop takes about 10 - 15 minutes to start (happens once in every 10-12 days, while generally it takes about 4 minutes). I've disabled unnecessary start-up programs but it still happens.
My current OS : Windows 8

RAM : 4 GB

HDD : 500 GB

Graphics Card : Nvidia GT640M
