Hello Ash1402,
It's me again, t-4-2. I'm trying 2 out of 2. I understand the first
half -- you want to remove an admin account. I don't understand the 2nd
half of the sentence " -- but every time I do, the internet will not
connect on the main account that was created with the computer."
a. what does internet have to do with it ?
b. the "main account that was created with the computer" IS an
administrator account. It has to be. So, you have 2 admin accounts ?

Two admin accounts. Once I remove the second account I can not connect
to the internet on the other account.

I go CP > Add/Remove accounts >> Remove account I wanted to remove.
As sson as I do this the internet disconnects and wont reconnect. I do
a system restore and Internet is back. I need to get the other account
off though.

Hello Ash1402,
"I need to get the other account off". Which is that "other account" ?
Is it the one that came with the computer ? Does it need a password to
logon ? Does it have a name or just Administrator ?

No I created a second account for sometime, It is not needed now and
needs to be removed. Name is "Ash" and it does need a password to logon,
that doesn't prevent me from deleting it though.

Hello Ash 1402,
OK, you removed the ASH account and you are cut off from the internet.
Right?
Now when you tried to connect to internet and failed, what message did
you get ?
Any message explaining why internet is disconnected ?
Which account did you use when you were successful in connecting to
internet ?

Neither of them are true and proper Admin accounts.

You will probably find that your ISP's internet connection settings are
stored in the account you want to delete.
Reinstall your ISP's details in the remaining account with their disk!

Once the ASH account is removed so is internet connection.
The only messages that come up are that it cant connect to this
internet maybe Internet config problems
No message explaining disconnection it just does it as soon as I click
remove.
The first account I used on this laptop to connect was not the 'ASH'
account it was the original account created at Best Buy. Since then both
usernames could connect until i remove 'ASH'

The settings were made on the account that I want to remain. These
settings were there for about 2 month before I created the second
account.
No ISP disk was provided.
