one of the user in my organisation Having problem in Toshiba Laptop.
Issue : Unable to boot the Operating System.
Error: " A Disk read error occured"
Laptop Model : Toshiba Satelliet M55-S3314
Operating System: Windows XP SP3
Please suggest me, what would be the problem? is it Harddisk crash or problem with OS?
If it is Hard disk crash, How can i retrieve the data?
