laptop e-machine M2350 sound card

I have two issues i need assistance with:

The first issue is i need instructions on how to stop Windows from
automatically installing sound drivers. The O/S is installing the
wrong drivers or least i think it not.

The second issue is with finding the correct drivers for a e-machine
M2350. I have search far and wide...i have found a few, but with not
success. It could also be a combination of Windows automatically
installing the wrong drivers and the O/S not installing my correct
sound drivers.

Any help is much appreciated. If you need more information, please
just ask.
 
I think HP bought out emachines, you might find the driver on HP site.

Gateway bought eMachines, and now Gateway has been bought by Acer. The
M2350 audio driver is available from the eMachines website:
