So my Kin2m screen started to no longer work, 7 months after warranty. This happened over the course of 24 hours- the backlit begin to fade when the keypad was open, then it was permanently not backlit, and then only at certain spots would the screen display anything, then it just wouldn't display anything. I went to Verizon and they said contact Microsoft, and since it is less than 12 months old they said it was under warranty. So i guess i just want to get my phone replaced, so i can stop using my grandma's crummy old phone. Thanks,
