Keyboard stop working unexpectedly

Hello,

During the work at computer keyboard unexpectedly stop working (Keyboard
iBOX NOK120 at PS/2) - All other thing (Mouse, OS works fine)
OS was scanned Kaspersky Internet Security against amlicious software,
result: OS Clean.
I bought another keyboard (EasyTouch ET 303 (USB)), and there is the same
problem. Keyboard work like previous. Still the same problem .
I connect keyboard to another USB, but still doesn't work. I have to restart
PC to get working keyboard for several minutes.
I use Windows XP at MSI K9NU Neo Mainboard. I don't have idea what can be
reason of this problems with keyboard.
Any one have any idea what can be reason of this troubles ?

The old keyboard used a PS/2 and the new one uses USB. ? Did you go
into the Bios
and enable USB Keyboard???

Old used PS/2 new uses USB.
Yes I did. Still the same problem with enable USB Keyboard. After feew
minutes keyboard stop working
Any other ideas ?
