Keep File Menus Expanded at All Times

How do I change my settings so that my file menus (i.e. "File," "Edit,"
"View," etc.) are expanded at all times when viewing them? I don't like
having to constantly point and click on the arrow at the bottom of the menus
in order to expand. Thanks!

You didn't specify the program for which you want this specific settings.
This feature is available in Microsoft Office where by default it only shows
the recent used commands.

1. Click on View menu - click Toolbar - then click Customize
2. Click the Options tab and make a check mark on "Always show full menus"
