KB954430 and KB973688 will not update, no problem with other updates.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. get error message- Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . If these updates are not THAT important, I wont worry about it.
