Windows Live One Care advises that a 'critical' update for Windows Live
Toolbar is available from Windows Update. Update package is downloaded
and fails to install because the setup cannot locate the folder
containing the file 'enaddindownloadurlfinalfavorites' producing the
message KB944786. I would like to find a cure for this problem because
it results in cycle activity with my Windows Live One Care
notifications.

Find and remove the "Catroot2' folder, and try again.

You cannot install some updates or programs:
