Windows update fails to install KB2817183 & reports error code 8007371C on a hp notebook running VISTA 64 bit OS. Ongoing and remains the only update that won't install for the past weeks. Ran MS Fixit KB971058 solutions found in MS forums, KB947821
checksur didn't help, nor KB936212 SFC checker. I have disabled anti-virus Norton 360 during install, and numerous other suggestions I can no longer recall.
