KB2656351 and KB2600217 updates keep asking to be re-installed

KB2656351 and KB2600217 updates keep asking to be re-installed even though they have been installed &quotsuccessfully&quot many, many times. I have Googled solutions and have tried the .net cleanup tool which fixed the problem for a few days and I have done Microsoft
Fix-It which occasionally fixes the problem for about 2 computer restarts. Help? If I hide these updates or ignore them will something bad happen?
