KB 393802 keeps installing

[AWS]

I am running Vista 32 bit. The recent security updates from 4/17/2013 keep reinstalling. KB 2393802 KB 2676562 KB 2813170.
What can I do to get them to install and to get rid of the ones that are duplicate.
