Java Question

I downloaded & verified that i have the latest java program. (Java 8 Update 77). I used firefox to download this update. Am i required to download java again onto IE or is one download sufficient for both?

The java that you download for IE will not work with Firefox.
You have to download and install separately for both browsers.
