I attempted to install java today to run a program. Everytime it finishes the installation after just a few seconds my computer crashes and goes to the blue screen at which it is attempting to find out what went wrong. The error it is reporting is a kernel security check failure. Once my computer restarts and I attempt to search for anything Java related I get no results like it was never installed. Any help on how to install it without my computer crashing and making it useable?
